The Essence Of Love And Giving In Your Christmas Wedding Celebration

The air of Christmas is awe-inspiring, it's everywhere. It makes us feel warm and cozy inside in spite of the freezing cold weather. The Christmas spirit rekindles good memories of childhood days. No wonder people in every corner seem to be in ethereal good mood. Christmas spirit heightens our emotions- when you're sad-you become sadder but when you're in love, you're really in love.

What can be the more perfect time to have your wedding day but during the holiday's season, where everybody feels generous and tolerating? Christmas wedding celebration sounds like the best idea. Nothing can be more memorable and enchanting than to have a delightful Christmas wedding celebration. So how do you set that kind of nuptial ceremony without making it too "Christmassy" and not losing the identity of your Christmas wedding? Having a Christmas wedding can be quite tricky but if you do it right it is one affair you are going to remember for the rest of your life.

The best way to do it is to take advantage of what each occasion has to offer- wedding is a celebration of commitment and Christmas- a celebration of love and generosity. Preparing for a Christmas wedding, like all wedding preparation is successful when grounding and planning is done ahead of time.

The first thing to decide is your color motif. Choosing a color motif is essential and can give you a direction and limitation in planning for it. You can go for certain romantic, stylish and at the same time has that "chrismassy" ambiance to it. Since most churches and reception function halls are decorated with holiday cringles, you can tell them ahead of time of your union ceremony and inform them of your color motif so you can just enhance it when your special day comes.

You can save a lot of time and money. You can go for the color combination of white and silver- white, as the classic color of nuptial and silver for that heaven-sent feel of holiday season. Another is the combination of silver and blue. Silver and blue will make your occasion look "chic", modern, elegant and at the same time making each one feel the atmosphere of holiday seasons.

For that classy and classic look you can always go for the color combination of gold and cream. For somewhat timeless and archetypical ceremony you can go for burgundy, gold and forest green color combination. The invitation card, in making the invitation card you have to be crafty. You better make sure it will represent both the combination of your affair- meaning making sure it will not look like a holiday greeting card.

It's wise to use a white thick card as your invitation with a border or engraved with poinsettias or holiday trimmings and even snow flakes. Be sure to send your invitation 10 weeks or more prior to your special day. The reception area is the time where you can make an impact.

You can hang a mistletoe at the entrance of the reception hall so everybody can kiss before entering your party, in this way everybody can loosen up and enjoy your party. Having a one big Christmas tree in your reception hall can really make your whole affair unique especially if you tell your guest to bring one Christmas dcor each so it will look like the whole affair is like a one big family trimming a one big Christmas tree.

Or you can have a Christmas tree and tell your guest instead of bringing gifts, you will ask for their cash and each donation will go to a charity you both favored and hang that cash in the tree. Now, that is one way to start as a couple and one way to celebrate a Christmas wedding.
